1. Who We Are
Soul & Psyche operates a telemedicine platform that connects patients in India with registered mental health practitioners. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, Soul & Psyche operates as the Data Fiduciary, and you as the patient or doctor operate as the Data Principal.
2. What We Collect

4. Real-Time Consultations (Zero Audio/Video Recording)
Audio & Video Streams are NEVER recorded. All telemedicine sessions occur peer-to-peer over encrypted WebRTC channels. We solely record proof of session attendance (timestamps and duration) to attach legal validity to doctor prescriptions.
5. Data Protection & Encryption
Medical records and diagnostic files are stored in private encrypted storage vaults. Direct public URLs are never generated; access is strictly brokered through temporary, digitally signed single-use tokens expiring within 5 minutes.
