Telemedicine Guidelines 2020 Compliance: All medical interactions on Soul & Psyche are conducted strictly in adherence to the guidelines issued by the National Medical Commission (NMC).

1. Nature of the Platform

Soul & Psyche connects patients with independently verified Registered Medical Practitioners (RMPs) and licensed clinical psychologists. The platform provides encrypted communication tools, scheduling, and digital prescription vaults.

3. Cancellation & 100% Refund Guarantee

100% Doctor Cancellation Refund: If a practitioner cancels a consultation or fails to join within the scheduled grace window, the patient receives a full 100% refund processed back to the original source without deduction.

5. Emergency Situations Disclaimer

Soul & Psyche is NOT an emergency medical service. If you or an individual in your care is experiencing severe acute psychosis, substance overdose, active suicidal ideation, or life-threatening physical distress, immediately contact emergency services at 112 or visit the nearest hospital emergency room.
